Abstract

Rapid digital transformation driven by artificial intelligence, generative AI, learning analytics, digital learning platforms, and emerging technologies is changing educational practices and the competencies required for future employment. However, conventional curriculum structures often rely on periodic revision and may not respond sufficiently to rapidly changing technological and workforce requirements. This study aims to develop and validate a Future Skills-Based Dynamic Curriculum Framework that integrates emerging future skills with mechanisms for continuous curriculum adaptation. The study employs a Design and Development Research (DDR) approach consisting of needs analysis, framework development, expert validation, and framework refinement. Data are obtained through literature and document analysis, stakeholder interviews, expert evaluation, and a Delphi-based validation process. Qualitative data are analyzed thematically, while expert assessments are evaluated using consensus measures and content-validity procedures. The resulting framework integrates digital transformation drivers, emerging skills, competency domains, curriculum components, pedagogical strategies, learning experiences, assessment, stakeholder feedback, and curriculum updating into a continuous adaptive cycle. However, the available research materials do not report actual numerical expert-validation results, such as the number of final indicators, consensus percentages, CVI, or Aiken's V; therefore, these values should be added after empirical validation. The study concludes that the proposed framework provides a systematic mechanism for connecting emerging technological and workforce requirements with future-skills development, curriculum integration, assessment, stakeholder evaluation, and continuous curriculum renewal.
